Our client is a commercial bank which was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing Technical Tribe, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be an expert in the core banking business processes while building complex banking system as a member of the team.
Your main duties will include:
- building knowledge of end-to-end business processes, systems and tools
- modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- creating functional specifications for solutions
Requested skills /qualification:
- at least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst
- bachelor degree in economics
- knowledge of MS Office package
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong analytical skills
- comfortable with English communication (speaking, writing and reading)
- experience in banking industry
