Our client is a commercial bank which was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing Technical Tribe, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be an expert in the core banking business processes while building complex banking system as a member of the team.

Your main duties will include:

  • building knowledge of end-to-end business processes, systems and tools
  • modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • creating functional specifications for solutions

Requested skills /qualification:

  • at least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst
  • bachelor degree in economics
  • knowledge of MS Office package
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong analytical skills
  • comfortable with English communication (speaking, writing and reading)
  • experience in banking industry
