Our client is a dynamically growing IT advisory firm, that provides large corporations with IT tools, expertise and resources, so they can successfully navigate their digital transformation journey. They also design and deliver customized digital and IT training programs for companies in Hungary and internationally. They are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional who will oversee the daily operations of the training activities and assist in the execution of diverse training programs for the following role:
Training coordinator/PMO (Russian speaking)
Your responsibilities will include:
- operational and administrative support of organizing and following up on corporate digital training sessions
- daily support of trainers, managers, and participants
- arranging and preparing training venues, materials, and supplies
- collaboration within the HR department of the corporate partners – mainly banking sector
- organizing and preparing international travels
- managing training administration systems and recording training data
If you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in coordination and administrative support which you gained in corporate environment,
- project coordination (PMO) or training coordination experience gained in the IT or banking sector is an advantage,
- very good English language knowledge (both verbal and written) plus a knowledge of Russian or another European language,
- interest in IT and technology,
- proactive attitude, very good coordination skills,
