Barbara joined Transpose as a Consultant in 2023. She began her career in 2010 at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, where she worked in liaison roles and participated in the implementation of several international promotional projects.
She later worked in the business consulting sector, first in office operations and subsequently in executive support roles. She then gained HR, labour relations, and recruitment experience at an international hotel chain and later in the public sector, within an organization employing more than 2,000 people.
In addition to her recruitment and selection responsibilities, Barbara is also responsible for the company’s marketing activities and supports a key client with outsourced HR services. She holds a degree in Communication and Cultural Management.
