Cinti joined our team as a recent graduate in 2025, after previously completing her internship with us. She currently supports our consultants with market research, candidate pre-screening, interview coordination, and other professional tasks.
She studied at the University of Szeged, specializing in Human Development. She places particular emphasis on the fields of recruitment, selection, and employee experience, as she envisions building her long-term career in this area.
