Heléna has been working in executive search and HR consulting since 2004. As HR Professional Lead she is responsible not only for leading the team, but also for strategic, professional, and operational management responsibilities.
Earlier in her career, she spent two years as Head of Recruitment at an international commercial bank and also worked as an HR Manager at an IT company. As a result, she has gained broad experience on both the corporate and consulting sides.
Her key strengths include the conscious, continuous management of both candidates and clients, as well as end-to-end support of the selection process. For many years, she has been providing personalized career consulting to private individuals.
