Márta joined the Transpose team in 2017. Prior to this, she spent nearly ten years working as a Corporate HR Manager, gaining comprehensive experience in the end-to-end operation of HR processes. In recent years, she has further deepened her professional focus in recruitment and selection.
As a Senior Consultant, she primarily works on IT, financial services, and business consulting assignments. She has significant experience in international recruitment projects and in providing end-to-end support for client-side selection processes.
