Orsi joined our team in 2021, she is advising and supporting our clients in a senior consultant role. During her ten years of professional experience, she worked six years in corporate HR, largely in the energy sector. She also gained insight into the operation of TELCO and Big4 areas. In addition to important recruitment and selection tasks, she was involved in the organization and planning of training, the revision of the performance evaluation system, the introduction of a resupply plan, the establishment of an internship program and the gauging of employee satisfaction. She has four years of experience in the HR consulting area. She graduated from the University of Szeged with a degree in Labour Relations.
