Orsolya joined Transpose in 2021. As a Senior Consultant, she supports clients in full-cycle recruitment and selection projects. She brings more than 12 years of professional experience, six of which were gained in corporate HR roles, primarily within the energy sector. She has also gained insight into telco and Big4 environments.
In addition to recruitment and selection, she has been involved in training design and delivery, performance management system development, succession planning, internship program design, and employee satisfaction measurement. She holds a degree in Labour Relations from the University of Szeged.
