Viktória joined our team in 2016 as a career starter and has since gained substantial experience in recruitment, selection, and HR consulting. Her responsibilities include conducting interviews, market research, and supporting the work of Senior Consultants.
She also provides outsourced HR services for our clients, covering recruitment and selection as well as HR administration and process support. She holds a degree in International Relations and Security Policy.
