Viktória joined the team as a fresh graduate in 2016, and currently has over 5 years of experience in recruitment/selection and HR consulting. Her tasks include interviewing candidates, organizing interviews, conducting telephone pre-screenings, general support of the senior consultants and administration tasks, participation in market research and client acquisition. She also performs outsourced HR tasks for our clients. She obtained her degree in international relations as security policy expert.
