As a member of an international network present in 160 countries, the company combines local expertise with global reach. Its core activities include business advisory, corporate finance, and M&A services, covering company valuations, business and financial due diligence, capital raising, and the development of acquisition and exit strategies. The firm’s clients include both domestic and international corporations, private equity funds, and institutional investors. On their behalf, we are looking for a professional with solid expertise and experience for the following position:

Advisor – Valuation Services
(Corporate Finance – Valuation Advisor)

 Purpose of the position:
The Valuation Services Advisor will be responsible for performing company and project valuations, preparing business plans and financial models, and developing decision-support analyses and reports. The goal of the position is to provide clients with reliable valuations in line with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and tailored business solutions that support successful strategic and transactional decision-making.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Perform analytical and advisory tasks in business, financial, and strategic projects
  • Prepare and model company and project valuations, as well as business plans
  • Analyse corporate business performance and assess market and economic environments
  • Participate in financial due diligence and M&A projects
  • Develop decision-support presentations, reports, and executive summaries for management and shareholders
  • Actively contribute to proposal and contract preparation processes
  • Represent the company in client communication, prepare and deliver materials and presentations
  • Provide professional support to junior consultants

 What they expect from you:

  • University degree in economics, finance, or accounting
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and taxation
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think in complex business contexts
  • Problem-solving, flexible, and creative approach
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independence, proactivity, and strong analytical skills
