The company is launching a new, modern AI and digital consulting division that supports its clients’ business and communication development with data-driven and AI-based solutions. As part of this expansion, they are looking for a strategically minded, analytically driven professional, who is confident in the worlds of digital transformation and AI, for the following position:
AI / Digital Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and facilitating workshops, interviews and professional consultations
- Conducting industry and competitor research, benchmarks and analyses
- Developing strategic recommendations, roadmaps, presentations and summary materials
- Supporting the professional preparation of AI, data and digitalization projects, including project proposals
- Occasionally creating professional content, publications or presentations
If you:
- have at least 3+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation, AI or digitalization,
- are skilled in facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews,
- enjoy preparing industry and competitor analyses,
- can create structured, clear strategic documents and recommendations,
- are eager to work on the preparation of AI, data or automation projects,
- and confidently use AI tools for research, analysis or content creation,

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating professional content on LinkedIn
- B2B or presales consulting background
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, RAG)
- Low-code / no-code development experience (e.g., Make, n8n)
- Previous experience in AI or data transformation projects
