AI Lead / Senior AI Expert
Purpose of the role:
They are looking to engage a senior AI professional who can define and support the strategic direction of the AI domain. The primary focus of the role is framing, evaluating, and guiding AI solutions and use cases, rather than hands-on daily development or model training.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent and provide professional guidance on AI solutions and application areas
- Support the development of AI-related professional materials, concepts, and learning paths
- Evaluate, structure, and standardize AI solutions and use cases
- Provide professional guidance and support to trainers, experts, and consultants
- Participate in AI-related presales activities and professional discussions
- Support client-side AI maturity assessments from a professional perspective
- Contribute to AI professional communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong of hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence
- Strong AI professional mindset with system-level and architectural thinking
- Structured thinking with business awareness
- Openness to gradually develop into stakeholder-facing and coordination roles
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI projects in enterprise or regulated environments
- Knowledge of AI governance, AI ethics, data governance, or compliance topics
- AI experience gained in educational, academy, or consulting environments
- Previous experience in a technical lead or senior expert role
- Experience in client-facing advisory situations (representing professional viewpoints, presenting solution alternatives, and supporting decision-making)
