Business Advisory Manager
Purpose of the position:
The Business Advisory Manager plays a key role in the full implementation of consulting projects: financial and business analyses, operational optimization solutions and development strategies. The purpose of the position is to support the company’s clients in complex business decisions, ensure the professional quality of projects and contribute to the growth of the business. The manager manages project teams, coordinates resources and client relationships, and actively participates in business development initiatives.
Your main tasks will be:
- Perform senior-level analysis and consulting tasks in business, financial and strategic projects
- Develop and apply unique, project-specific methodologies
- Full-scale project management (managing deadlines, resources, professional content)
- Active participation in the bidding and contracting processes
- Manage client relationships independently, preparation of presentations and written materials
- Prepare in-depth analyses of clients’ business performance, and assess the market and economic environment
- Professional management and mentoring of project teams, support for knowledge sharing
- Launch and actively support business development initiatives in order to grow the company
What they expect from you:
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
- Solid financial and accounting fundamentals and background knowledge
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong consulting attitude: proactivity, demanding, problem-solving approach
- Creative and flexible attitude, ability to develop project-specific methodologies
- Confident client management, independent project management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Confident MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
