Our client is the Hungarian subsidiary of an international banking group, and on their behalf, we are looking for a new team member for the following position:

Business Development Officer

If you:

  • have a secondary education with a focus on finance or economics,
  • have at least 2 years of experience in sales and customer acquisition,
  • have knowledge of financial products (this is an advantage, but not a requirement),
  • hold a category B driving license,
  • have a sales and customer-oriented approach,
  • are characterized by initiative and dynamism,
  • have excellent communication skills,

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • finding and managing new clients (both retail and corporate)
  • developing acquisition action plans
  • establishing new contacts to expand the customer base
  • identifying customer needs and seeking sales opportunities
  • collaborating with the bank branch advisors to provide comprehensive services to new clients
