Development Department Lead
If you:
- have strong leadership skills and experience in leading development teams,
- are a responsible, proactive, and innovative individual who values the effective and timely delivery of results,
- are experienced with new technologies and familiar with the JAVA environment,
- have knowledge in data management and BI,
- have experience in implementing data-driven solutions,
- are open to learn about and quickly adapt to new technologies,
- have led teams skilled in MS SQL and Oracle database technologies,
- have at least intermediate English language skills, especially in writing,

- various data analysis techniques
- AI-based data management solutions
- Microservice- and API-based solutions
Your main responsibilities will include:
- coordinating a 20-person professional team – DWH/BI, application integration, Front-end development (Angular), and in-house banking application development areas,
- planning and monitoring the annual development budget, including mid-year forecasting,
- participating in IT development projects,
- change management related to digital transformation,
- stakeholder management – continuous collaboration and communication with senior management and other departments, representing the professional area
