Our client is a state-owned organization and one of the key players in Hungary’s wine and viticulture sector. Its mission is to promote the industry and strengthen its international visibility through various marketing and communication tools. To expand their team, we are looking for a digitally minded, agile colleague for the following position:

Digital Web Manager

Purpose of the role:

Ensuring the day-to-day operation of the organization’s website, supporting its development, and coordinating related digital projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • managing and maintaining the website on a daily basis (WordPress)
  • content management, creating new subpages and landing pages
  • applying basic SEO and UX principles
  • administering forms, pop-ups and cookie management
  • monitoring web analytics, preparing reports and proposing development ideas
  • preparing digital developments, writing briefs and specifications
  • coordinating developers and agencies, tracking project progress
  • testing developments and supporting the handover process
  • professionally reviewing quotes and supporting related administrative processes
  • operational management of newsletters and digital campaigns, tracking results

We are looking for someone who:

  • has 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital project management or web management
  • has strong WordPress knowledge
  • has experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
  • understands SEO fundamentals
  • has a UX mindset and analytical thinking
  • can communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  • works precisely and in a structured manner
  • has strong coordination and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • experience using Figma
  • knowledge of Optimonk or Hotjar
  • experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • experience working with agencies
  • background in the cultural, gastronomy or tourism sector
