Its core activities include business advisory, corporate finance, and M&A services, covering company valuations, business and financial due diligence, capital raising, and the development of acquisition and exit strategies. The firm’s clients include both domestic and international corporations, private equity funds, and institutional investors.
On their behalf, we are looking for a professional with solid expertise and experience for the following position:

Due Diligence Manager

Purpose of the position:

The Due Diligence Manager is responsible for the full management of business and financial due diligence related to corporate acquisitions, investments and other transactions. The purpose of the position is to identify and assess the business and financial risks of target companies during the projects, ensure informed decision-making for our clients, and coordinate the related legal and tax disciplines. The manager manages project teams, prepares decision-support analyses and reports, and actively contributes to the development of the company’s business.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Full-scale management of business and financial due diligence projects
  • Preparation of red flag and full scope due diligence reports
  • Conducting leakage audits, MEIP tests and gap analyses
  • Analysis of companies’ business performance, evaluation of the market and economic environment
  • Preparation of business plans, financial models and presentations
  • Support of bidding and contracting processes
  • Preparation of decision-support presentations, reports and summaries for managers and owners
  • Represent the company in client communication, including written and oral presentations
  • Professional management and mentoring of consulting project teams

What they expect from you:

  • University degree in economics, finance or accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and taxation
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think in complex business contexts
  • Project management and team management experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactivity, independence, strong analytical skills
