Our client is the Hungarian subsidiary of a fast-growing international energy group and one of the leading players in Hungary’s electricity trading market. Their local team provides innovative, tailor-made energy solutions to large industrial consumers and renewable energy producers, supporting customers across the entire electricity value chain. To strengthen their close-knit team in Budapest, they are looking for a new colleague to play a key role in managing partnerships with renewable energy producers and supporting the delivery and continuous development of the company’s service portfolio in the following position:

Energy Service Manager (Junior /Mid-level)

You could be a great fit if you:

  • enjoy working with business partners and value building long-term, trusted relationships
  • are interested in the electricity market and the renewable energy sector, or already have experience in the energy industry
  • hold a university degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • have strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced Excel knowledge
  • are confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
  • have excellent communication and negotiation skills and enjoy building relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • are able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • have strong analytical thinking, a structured approach, and a high level of attention to detail
  • are proactive, and enjoy improving business processes

Nice to have:

  • previous experience in the electricity market, renewable energy sector, or within an international company
  • experience in selling technical services or managing B2B customer relationships
  • hands-on experience using CRM systems

What you’ll be doing:

  • support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes related to the company’s service portfolio
  • manage the sales of the company’s services, prepare contracts, and coordinate the related administrative processes
  • build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, renewable energy producers, industry stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • collaborate closely with the relevant teams of the international parent company
  • prepare reports, analyses, and business performance insights
  • manage the administrative tasks associated with the service portfolio
  • contribute to the preparation of business plans and support the further development of the company’s services
