Its mission is to carry out and implement domestic and international marketing and communication activities aimed at promoting the industry. On behalf of the company, we are looking for a reliable, agile senior colleague for the following position:
Event Organizer (Wine Industry)
If you:
- have a university degree,
- have at least 4–5 years of experience in organizing large-scale wine industry or similar (gastronomy, tourism) events and exhibitions,
- have experience in managing suppliers and handling budgets,
- speak English at negotiation level and communicate confidently with international partners,
- work efficiently and precisely, and can manage multiple tasks in parallel,
- are flexible, proactive, and have good stress tolerance,
- use Microsoft Office programs confidently (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, database management),

Your responsibilities will include:
- Full professional and logistical planning, scheduling, and coordination of large-scale wine industry events
- Managing venues, service providers, wineries, partners, and subcontractors
- Coordinating communication, PR, and campaign processes with the communications team

- Occasional participation in foreign events and supporting their organization
