The ideal candidate will ensure the professional and financial conditions necessary for daily operations and will actively participate in the further development of the organization.

If you:

  • have several years of experience in operational management, either in the SME segment or in the corporate sector, leading a medium/large area,
  • have experience in the financial field: responsible for financial planning, financial strategy development, and oversight,
  • understand corporate processes, have experience in supervising and optimizing them, and can track changes,
  • possess excellent coordination, organizational, and high-level communication skills,
  • can identify problems and respond to them quickly,
  • exhibit empathetic leadership behaviour,
  • approach your tasks with enthusiasm, responsibility, and precision,
  • speak English well,
  • are interested in the world of broadcasting/media,
  • possibly have knowledge of film production processes,

Your tasks will include:

  • collaborating with the editor-in-chief, defining and executing the organization’s goals and strategy, being responsible for business decisions, and introducing new products and services,
  • overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring continuity and efficiency,
  • being responsible for preparing and adhering to the budget, supervising financial performance, analysing financial reports, and ensuring the organization’s financial stability and growth,
  • directly supervising back-office work and supporting middle managers in other areas,
  • maintaining the values and ethical standards of the organizational culture, promoting a positive and productive work environment,
  • regularly informing the editor-in-chief about the organization’s happenings, performance, finances, and important organizational issues,
  • engaging in identifying business development opportunities and innovation initiatives,
  • ensuring that all organizational activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements,
