They are looking to expand their team with a senior professional who will take an active role in engaging international financing partners and managing financing processes end-to-end:
Financing & Capital Raising Manager
(International Financing Focus)
Role objective
The purpose of the role is to secure international financing partners for client projects and to manage the financing process from initial outreach through to the agreement of key commercial terms (term sheet stage), in close cooperation with M&A and corporate finance advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying and approaching international financing sources (banks, funds, institutional lenders)
- Building relationships and conducting negotiations with international financing partners
- Coordinating the preparation of financing teasers and presentations
- Organising and conducting online and in-person meetings across Europe
- Discussing and structuring financing solutions (equity, debt or hybrid structures)
- Managing the financing process through to the term sheet stage
- Acting as a key point of contact between client management, advisors and financing partners
Who they are looking for
- A senior professional with experience in a financing and/or transaction-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills with international counterparties
- Structured, business-minded and capable of working independently
- Hands-on experience in international financing or capital raising projects is an advantage
- Fluent English is essential
