Financing & Capital Raising Manager
(International Financing Focus)
Role overview
The Financing & Capital Raising Manager will be responsible for sourcing international financing for client projects and coordinating the full financing process, from initial outreach to the negotiation of key commercial terms (term sheet).
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach international financing sources
- Build and manage relationships with foreign financing partners
- Lead negotiations with international lenders and investors
- Coordinate the preparation of financing teasers and presentations
- Organise and conduct online and in-person meetings across Europe
- Support the structuring and alignment of financing solutions
- Manage the financing process through the term sheet stage, and subsequently coordinate the contracting phase
- Monitor drawdowns and contractual compliance in cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between client management, advisors, and financing partners
Who they are looking for
- Senior-level experience in a financing, transaction, or investment environment
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with international partners
- Structured, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience in international financing or capital raising projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English is essential
