Flexcube System Analyst
(Cash Operations, SFE, MT940)
Responsibilities include, among others:
- Full understanding of business problems and solutions, reviewing and approving (taking over) BRS documents
- High-level and detailed functional and architectural design of IT solutions
- Writing detailed, system-level SRS documentation for the Flexcube system
- Reviewing and approving detailed system-level SRS documents, with a critical focus on interfaces (data flow, data mapping, etc.)
- In case of phased/batch delivery, breaking down developments according to milestones, considering both business and IT professional aspects
- Continuous professional review and reporting of the solution design status, with timely escalation to the PM when necessary
- Managing and planning solution design work – organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing meeting minutes (excluding resource-related issues)
- Reviewing and quality assurance of IT deliverables on the IT side
- Planning and executing IT testing for internal banking systems, providing input to Test Managers
- Full IT-side support of the UAT process
- Active participation in solution reviews, presenting the IT part
- Maintaining contact with vendors and conducting workshops
- Preparing go-live plans at the appropriate level of detail for each phase, reviewing and approving detailed system-level plans, providing input to the PM
- Reviewing the project plan and participating in its development (including integration of IT solution components)
- Consolidating requirements related to the Flexcube system
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking IT business analysis or IT system analysis, with expertise in assessing and modelling business processes
- Strong technical affinity, with at least 3–5 years of experience in core banking IT projects
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and precision
- Active English language skills, both written and spoken
- Higher education degree in economics and/or IT
