Full Stack Developer
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and evolve web applications and business-critical systems across both the frontend and backend
- Design and deliver new features, services, and technical solutions from concept to production
- Improve, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure long-term reliability and performance
- Develop scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions that can grow with the business
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and other system integrations
- Work with databases and data-processing workflows
- Turn business requirements and technical specifications into practical, high-quality solutions
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions and help shape the evolution of our systems
- Participate in code reviews and help drive high standards of code quality and engineering practices
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, while continuously improving system performance
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders across the project
- As a senior member of the team, support your colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong engineering culture
What we’re looking for:
- Several years of hands-on experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
- Strong frontend and backend development skills, with confidence working across the stack
- Solid knowledge of modern web technologies, development practices, and engineering principles
- Proven experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs
- Experience working with complex applications, distributed systems, or integration-heavy environments
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building high-quality software
Nice to have:
- Experience in any of the following would be a strong advantage:
- Financial services, banking, fintech, or payment-related environments
- Highly available systems or platforms handling high transaction volumes
- Microservice architectures
- Cloud-based environments
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
