Our client is a tax, financial, and grant/funding consulting company that has been offering comprehensive services to large and medium-sized enterprises for over 20 years, primarily in the preparation and financial management of investment projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a colleague to support grant/funding project management in the following position:

Grant coordinator

If you:

  • have a secondary or higher education,
  • have experience in financial administration and management in domestic and/or EU grant or funding projects,
  • are familiar with and use the EPTK or other applicant platforms,
  • have advanced Excel skills,
  • possess analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented thinking,
  • enjoy working both independently and in a team,
  • are committed and eager to develop professionally,

Your main tasks will include:

  • preparing financial reports related to grant/fundings, data collection, document compilation, and data uploads
  • monitoring the administration of grant/funding projects, performing necessary data reconciliations, tracking progress, and managing changes
  • preparing payment requests, compiling and submitting financial and professional reports, addressing requests for additional information
  • participating in on-site inspections
  • communicating with the funding body, collaborating organizations, and the applicant clients
  • attending office and on-site meetings
  • following up on projects, preparing reports
  • potential participation in tax advisory (conducting analyses, interpreting legislation)
