Our client is a reputable business consultancy firm operating with domestic and international project assignments, providing advisory, organizational, and development services for large corporations — primarily domestic and foreign financial institutions — in the areas of corporate applications, business processes, and business intelligence. Due to the company’s continuous growth, they are looking for a new team member with a few years of experience for the following position:
HR Recruitment Coordinator
If you:
- have a higher education degree,
- have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or coordinating recruitment processes,
- have experience in interviewing, or have already dealt with project manager or IT-related roles before,
- possess excellent organizational skills and are able to communicate effectively with managers,
- are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint),
- have business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
- are enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and precise,

- participating in a new database implementation project
