As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional who can play a key role in designing comprehensive IT security architectures and shaping the design and implementation of modern security solutions, including Zero Trust and AI-driven technologies, in the role of:
IT Security Architect
You are a great fit if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in IT security, including at least 3 years in an architecture, security architecture, or senior security consulting role
- Have solid experience designing enterprise IT security architectures and are confident working with Zero Trust, SASE, and Defense-in-Depth principles
- Have strong knowledge of IAM/PAM, PKI, cryptography, and network security
- Have hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR and related security platforms, such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel, including implementation or integration
- Have experience with security solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud environments
- Have experience designing, evaluating, or implementing AI/ML-based security solutions
- Understand the key security risks associated with AI- and LLM-based systems, including threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, and adversarial attacks
- Have a strong understanding of relevant regulatory and governance frameworks, particularly NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, the EU AI Act, and the NIST AI RMF
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Have fluent, business-level English and strong presentation and communication skills
- Have previous project experience in a banking or insurance environment — a strong advantage

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and documenting enterprise and client-side IT security architectures based on Zero Trust, SASE, and Defense-in-Depth principles
- Developing medium-term cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients’ business and digital transformation objectives
- Designing cloud security architectures and solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
- Defining the architecture of AI/ML-based threat detection solutions and SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and NDR integrations
- Assessing the security of LLM- and generative AI-based applications and developing frameworks for their secure adoption within organizations
- Providing expert support in specifying ML-based anomaly detection solutions and integrating them with existing security platforms
- Conducting IT security risk assessments and gap analyses
- Designing security governance frameworks and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives
- Delivering client presentations and professional workshops, including sessions with C-level decision-makers
- Working closely with development, DevSecOps, and network teams to embed security requirements throughout the technology lifecycle
- Mentoring junior and mid-level security professionals
