As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the JIRA / Atlassian ecosystem, who is excited to contribute to complex enterprise-level projects in the role of:
JIRA / Atlassian Business Analyst
You are a great fit if you:
- Have several years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Have hands-on experience working in a JIRA / Atlassian environment and understand how Atlassian solutions can support business needs
- Have practical experience in ITSM and/or PPM/SPM (Project Portfolio Management / Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Are experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Communicate confidently with both clients and internal professional stakeholders
- Have experience working in a ServiceNow environment — a plus
- Are familiar with additional Atlassian products beyond JIRA — a strong advantage

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and structuring business requirements
- Understanding and documenting business processes and operational needs
- Performing business analysis activities related to JIRA / Atlassian-based solutions
- Supporting the design and implementation of processes and solutions in the ITSM and PPM/SPM space
- Defining and aligning business requirements with development, technical, and client-side teams
- Contributing to system implementation and development projects
- Supporting workshops and professional stakeholder discussions
- Working closely with client-side stakeholders and internal expert teams
