Our client is a well-established business consulting firm with recognized domestic and international project engagements. The company provides consulting, organizational, and development services to large enterprises – primarily domestic and international financial institutions – in the areas of corporate applications, business processes, and business intelligence.
To expand their team, they are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst who is interested in the operation of large-scale enterprise IT systems and is eager to participate in transforming business requirements into technical solutions. This position is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals, offering a mentored environment with opportunities to learn and grow through real corporate projects.
We are looking for you if you:
- have a basic understanding of how IT systems operate,
- are familiar with the fundamentals of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux),
- have heard about relational databases and the basics of SQL,
- are interested in application architectures and system integrations,
- are comfortable preparing documentation,
- have used collaboration or task management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint),
- are open to learning and getting to know corporate development processes!
Advantages (but not required):
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON/XML
- Basic knowledge of a programming or scripting language
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the collection and documentation of business and system requirements
- Participating in the analysis of existing systems and processes
- Preparing functional documentation, process flowcharts, and simple system diagrams
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
- Supporting system error analysis and reviewing logs
- Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, backlog refinement)
- Assisting in understanding system integrations and data flows
