Due to the company’s continuous and dynamic growth, and the tasks arising from new business and IT opportunities, we are looking for experienced professionals for the following position:

Lead Integration Architect

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of integration governance frameworks
  • Proven experience in designing enterprise-level governance models and enforcing standards
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g. Ibm ace, apache camel, apigee, datapower, kafka)
  • Deep understanding of integration architecture (soa, rest, streaming, api gateway, messaging)
  • Knowledge of interface specifications (e.g. Wsdl, openapi, json schema, xsd)
  • Thorough understanding of the SDLC
  • Analytical mindset, strong impact analysis skills, and experience with version control practices
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a banking or large enterprise environment

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of security standards (e.g. Tls, authentication mechanisms)
  • Experience in license and vendor management
  • English language skills, both spoken and written

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and continuously maintaining enterprise-level integration governance
  • Defining and standardizing integration patterns and methodologies applied across the bank
  • Leading the strategy related to integration platforms, making and overseeing integration technology decision
  • Leading the introduction of a new integration registry, including professional and methodological guidance of the procurement process, managing and evaluating pocs (proof of concept)
  • Owning the integration registry and the interface repository, ensuring high data quality
  • Providing professional leadership for integration architects, offering methodological guidance to integration analysts, and handling escalations
  • Reviewing and approving integration-related project documentation, including the Integration Agreement, Interface Definition, Interface Contract, and System Concept
  • Maintaining close collaboration with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects
