Lead IT Service Mangement Analyst
If you have:
- a higher education degree in an IT-related field,
- at least 8 years of experience in ITSM,
- experience with the ServiceNow tool,
- proficiency in configuration management processes and CMDB management,
- professional knowledge of ITIL service management processes,
- negotiation-level active English language skills, both written and spoken,

- experience in the development and implementation of CSDM-based processes
Your main responsibilities will include:
- participation in a large-scale banking service management program
- supporting the development of ServiceNow CSDM as an expert in ServiceNow
