Our partner is a group of companies with approximately 100 employees, where the goal is to digitalize and standardize internal operations using low-code / no-code solutions, primarily in a corporate, SharePoint-related environment.
The organization is currently working with an external, part-time senior LC/NC expert who provides strategic-level support in designing the solutions. They are now looking for an internal, full-time colleague who will handle day-to-day development tasks and later take responsibility for operation and further development, in close cooperation with the external expert.
Low-Code / No-Code Developer – Operator
(AI-supported automation, corporate / SharePoint environment)
Key responsibilities:
- Development of low-code / no-code solutions in a corporate environment, mainly related to SharePoint and Microsoft-based systems
- Automation of business and administrative processes (approvals, notifications, replacement of manual steps)
- Design and implementation of SharePoint-based lists and document management solutions
- Daily development and “coding” using low-code tools (implementing logic, rules, conditions, and automated workflows)
- Design and development of AI-supported automations and workflows using low-code / no-code tools
- Maintenance, enhancement, and operation of existing solutions
- Ongoing collaboration with the external senior LC/NC expert
- Long-term responsibility for the stable operation of solutions within the organization
- Testing, experimenting with, and gradually integrating new technologies and AI tools into organizational processes
Requirements:
They are looking for a candidate who has already worked in a low-code / no-code environment, developed internal applications, automations, or workflows, and is able to independently deliver simple to moderately complex solutions. The position is ideal for junior to medior-level candidates.
- Relevant experience in low-code / no-code or automation environments (self-taught learning is accepted)
- AI-oriented mindset and openness to using AI tools in everyday work
- Advantage if AI is not seen as a separate “extra,” but as a natural part of the development mindset
- Practical experience in developing internal applications, automations, or processes
- Basic understanding of logical data modelling
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint or other corporate systems
- Ability to work independently, strong willingness to learn, and systems thinking
- Experimental, problem-solving, and solution-oriented attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Use of AI features, AI agents, or Copilot-like solutions in LC/NC environments
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or reporting
- Automation- and process-oriented thinking
