Manual Tester / QA Specialist
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing manual functional and regression testing
- Designing, executing and documenting test cases and test scenarios
- Understanding and interpreting business and functional requirements
- Identifying, reproducing and clearly documenting defects
- Tracking bugs throughout the entire lifecycle, from identification and fixing to retesting
- Working closely with developers, business analysts and other project stakeholders
- Supporting testing activities ahead of releases
- Documenting and reporting test results and findings
What they’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in manual software testing / QA
- Strong hands-on experience with functional and regression testing
- Proven experience creating and executing test cases independently
- Experience with defect management and confident use of ticketing or test management tools, such as Jira
- A precise, analytical and structured approach to work
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
