Due to the dynamic growth in the IT sector, the ongoing introduction of new systems, and the modernization of existing systems, they are seeking an ambitious expert with solid knowledge to coordinate the Windows and Linux areas for the following position:
Operations Team Leader
If you:
- have several years of experience in IT system administration,
- are well-versed in Windows and, ideally, Linux operating systems,
- have experience in coordinating teams of varying sizes and/or leading projects,
- have insight into at least one of the following areas: monitoring tools, Backup/Storage networking devices, Server infrastructure,
- have experience in IT service delivery (ITIL),
- have at least a secondary level IT qualification,
- have at least a basic level of English proficiency,
- possess excellent communication and diplomatic skills, enabling you to motivate your team and engage in discussions with leaders,
- have basic leadership and organizational knowledge,
- perform your work efficiently and conscientiously,

It is an advantage if you:
- have a higher education degree in IT,
- have experience in leading an operations team,
- have experience in a similar role in the banking/financial sector,
Your responsibilities will include:
- overseeing and organizing work in the Windows and Linux areas,
- leading and coordinating a team of 10 people, tracking daily tasks, scheduling, and providing continuous supervision,
- actively supporting your direct supervisor’s work and collaborating with the technical leads of the Windows and Linux teams,
- coordinating IT operations tasks within projects,
- handling tickets, documenting JIRA project tasks,
- preparing and overseeing KPI reports to enhance operational efficiency,
- processing vulnerability assessment results and coordinating fixes,
- adhering to regulations and maintaining processes,
