Performance Test Analyst
They’re looking for you if you have:
- Higher education degree in IT or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in testing / quality assurance
- At least 3 years of experience in performance testing
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, k6)
- Experience testing API, web, database, and integration layers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases
- Basic test automation skills
- Intermediate (working proficiency) English knowledge
- Analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Precision and ability to work collaboratively
Nice to have:
- ISTQB certification (e.g., CT-PT)
- Experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of Java / JavaScript-based systems (e.g., Spring Boot, React)

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Performance testing of business-critical banking applications
- Designing load, stress, spike, and endurance test scenarios
- Developing and executing performance tests (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Testing API, web, mobile, and integration layers (REST, SOAP, MQ/JMS)
- Designing end-to-end performance tests for complex systems
- Integrating and running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Using monitoring tools, identifying performance issues and bottlenecks
- Analyzing and reporting test results, making optimization recommendations
- Designing load models and test strategies based on SLAs and business needs
- Ensuring test environments, data, and execution conditions
- Collaborating with architects, testers, and project managers
- Participating in the development of long-term performance testing strategies
