Performance Test Manager/Lead
They’re looking for you if you have:
- Higher education degree in IT or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in testing within an enterprise environment
- At least 2 years of experience in performance testing or its management
- Experience in test management / coordination / test automation
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of testing and IT methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL)
- Familiarity with tools: Jira, Zephyr Scale, Confluence, CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana)
- Strong assertiveness and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Precision and ability to handle workload
- Team-player attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- ISTQB certification (e.g., CTAL-TM, CT-PT)
- Experience in the financial sector

Your key responsibilities include:
- Professional oversight and support of performance testing in projects
- Reviewing test plans and resource requirements
- Monitoring testing processes and ensuring quality assurance
- Coordination of release-level performance testing
- Aligning and reporting on tests
- Planning resources and providing professional guidance to participants
- Developing and maintaining a standard test set
- Preparing and maintaining consistent, transparent reports
- Close collaboration with testers, developers, architects, and QA specialists
- Participation in the improvement of testing processes
