Our client is a successful entrepreneur and owner of a diverse group of companies with both international and domestic interests. He is seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to support the coordination of his business and personal affairs. The group operates across several sectors including winemaking, interior design retail, hospitality, festival organisation and business advisory services. The owner leads a dynamic lifestyle and travels frequently internationally, therefore he is looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency and organisation to his day-to-day activities.

This is a high-trust position where the successful candidate will work closely with the owner and occasionally interact with his professional and family network. The role plays a key part in ensuring that both business and personal matters run smoothly. This is not a traditional corporate PA role. Instead, it is a varied and lifestyle-oriented position where responsibilities sit across both professional and private domains. The role offers flexible working arrangements with predominantly remote work, alongside occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant will act as a central point of coordination for a wide range of activities, helping to ensure that projects, commitments and day-to-day matters are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organising domestic and international board meetings and business meetings
  • Managing and coordinating the executive’s business and personal calendar
  • Arranging international travel (flights, accommodation and programmes)
  • Coordinating matters related to real estate and properties (e.g. rentals, service providers)
  • Supporting administration related to family and private financial matters
  • Liaising with external partners including recruitment consultants, service providers and advisors
  • Coordinating philanthropic and social initiatives
  • Delegating and monitoring various tasks and projects
  • Providing general administrative and organisational support

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who sees this type of trusted position not simply as a job, but as a way of working. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is comfortable handling ad-hoc situations, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or in a role requiring the organisation of complex matters
  • Alternatively come from environments where project-based work and varied responsibilities are common (e.g. events, media, creative industries, film production or similar)
  • Be highly intelligent, resourceful and able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Be capable of working independently, making decisions and prioritising effectively
  • Possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Be able to think in a structured way while also finding creative solutions when needed
  • Have professional working proficiency in English
  • Be flexible and comfortable with occasional evening or weekend coordination

The nature of the role means there may be busier periods alongside quieter phases, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working within a flexible structure.

What’s on Offer:

  • A highly varied and dynamic role
  • Direct collaboration with an active and inspiring entrepreneur
  • Flexible working with predominantly remote arrangements
  • Exposure to international projects and environments
  • A long-term, trust-based working relationship
  • Competitive full-time salary
