Our client is a state-owned enterprise and a key player in the viticulture and wine industry. The organisation’s mission is to deliver domestic and international marketing and communications activities aimed at promoting the sector. On their behalf, we are seeking a reliable and proactive professional for the following role:

PR and Communications Manager

 About the role

In this role, you will support the execution of our domestic and international PR and communications activities, contribute to the implementation of our communications strategy, and work closely with internal teams as well as external partners.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Actively supporting the execution of the company’s PR and communications strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international media
  • Drafting press releases, statements, PR materials and other communication content
  • Coordinating the company’s appearances across markets (events, interviews, PR coverage)
  • Working closely with PR and communications agencies and media partners
  • Managing the day-to-day execution of domestic and international PR and communications campaigns
  • Supporting B2B communications initiatives
  • Collaborating with international partners and institutions
  • Representing the company at domestic and international PR events (occasional travel required)

What they’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR and communications, gained either in-house and/or at an agency
  • Confident, professional-level English and a strong interest in working in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience with media relations
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a diplomatic approach
  • Interest in the world of winemaking or prior experience in a related field is a plus
