As the company continues to grow, they are now looking for experienced professionals to take on the following position to implement tasks arising from new business and IT opportunities:
Product /Business Analyst – digital channels
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days/week home office
What you’ll be doing:
- Participating in project preparation activities related to systems, processes, and services within your area of responsibility, in collaboration with pre-sales, enterprise architects, and solution architects
- Contributing to the creation of professional decision-support materials; supporting domain planning activities, identifying and prioritizing developments, and participating in strategic planning
- Having in-depth knowledge of concepts, processes, use cases, functionalities, and data structures related to the Bank’s operations
- Identifying stakeholder requirements by understanding their objectives and working methods
- Developing solution proposals based on business processes, functional and data requirements, analysis of current systems, and assessment of new system needs
- Defining requirements for proposed solutions, outlining tasks needed to achieve the desired outcome, and evaluating the pros and cons of different solution options
- Considering industry standards, internal operational specifics of the Bank, and group-level expectations when preparing solution proposals
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers during the solution design phase
- Presenting implementation proposals to stakeholders, involving relevant development teams, and maintaining close communication with both business units and application developers
- Writing Business Concept documentation
- Providing business support during the development and testing phases
What they’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience at a financial institution and solid knowledge of digital banking channels
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and implementing business changes, and a minimum of 1 year in process design/development
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, particularly in the areas of requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience in modelling (use case, data, process)
- Understanding of project management and software development methodologies
- Basic knowledge of risk management
- Participation in at least 2 complex software development projects within the financial sector
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent business English, both written and spoken
