Our partner is a dynamically expanding IT consultancy, owned by one of the largest financial institutions in the region. The company supports its corporate clients with IT solutions, expertise, and resources throughout their digital transformation journeys. They are now seeking a professional to join the Product and Research Development Team, who will leverage their large-enterprise experience to support organisational transformation, contribute to shaping the corporate AI and digital strategy, and act as a bridge between business and technology functions.
Product Manager / Consulting Engineer – Digital & AI Transformation
Purpose of the role:
To support the company’s digital and AI strategy, drive enterprise-level transformation projects, and strengthen collaboration between business and technology areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client discussions and negotiations (e.g. with senior banking executives and subject-matter experts)
- Support strategy and transformation initiatives: contribute to digital and AI strategy development, lean and process improvement programmes, and customer journey management
- Manage stakeholders: coordinate internal and external parties and ensure effective communication at executive level
- Actively participate in defining the company’s internal AI and digital strategic directions in cooperation with the leadership team
- Maintain research and professional partnerships: collaborate with universities and professional communities, and represent the company at industry events
- Monitor and analyse trends: follow technology and market developments and prepare professional summaries and analyses
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a large corporate environment (e.g. project management, business analysis, consulting)
- Strong strategic and advisory mindset with the ability to connect business and technology needs
- Experience in digital transformation, lean, or process improvement projects
- Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Experience within the IT domain is an advantage (e.g. LCNC platforms, digital development projects)
- Openness to learning about AI and emerging technologies (the company provides the necessary training); prior experience with AI is an advantage
- Excellent command of English (international candidates are also welcome)
- Prior experience in a consulting environment is a plus (e.g. at major consultancies or in an internal corporate advisory role)
