Our client is a prominent, international – mainly active in Europe – company in service industry. Due to increased business demand and expansion, we are looking for a bright, dedicated person for the following managerial position:


As the Digital Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams creating the future of the back-office processes, data, systems and ways of working. Using digital solutions, the company will transform the core processes to become touchless, repeatable, and reliable. This will also enable the workforce to focus on value added activities, and create more generate new data insights for improved decision making.

You will be a go-to partner for selected business functions, a bridge between Business and Digital.  You will align your stakeholders around the product vision, define the goals, roadmap and relentlessly measure outcomes. You have a strong bias for lean, optimization and automation. You will partner closely with your fellow Product Managers to ensure intakes are being assessed, dependencies and synergies mapped.

In this role, you will be required to master both Products as well as (agile) Program Management and tailor the approaches to deliver more value faster. You will apply people change management to ensure the adoption of the new processes and technologies.

What we expect from you:

  • You have a proven track record as a Product and/or Program Manager, where you have delivered major corporate system transformation
  • Experience in leading complex projects to measurable value delivery
  • Experience in lean, business process mapping, and Agile development practices
  • A deep understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, and strong analytical skills
  • A strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for growth and value creation
  • You are a cross-functional collaborator and are comfortable presenting in front of Executives
  • You have the curiosity to continuously improve, and a desire to coach team members
  • You are a pro-active team player, and motivate through leading as an example
  • Completed university or college degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
