The company’s core focus lies within the financial services and insurance sectors, where it supports clients with business, organisational, and IT solutions. Due to the growth of its project portfolio, our client is seeking an experienced professional with a strong banking background and proven experience in projects related to the Flexcube (core banking) system for the following role:
Project Manager (Flexcube)
Key focus areas:
- End-to-end management of projects involving Flexcube systems
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client-side experts and decision-makers
- Coordinating project teams, including resource planning and organisation
- Identifying and preparing new business requirements and additional project opportunities
Requirements:
- A university degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of project management experience combined with a relevant banking background
- Experience in business or IT projects related to the Flexcube system
- Proven experience in core banking implementation, migration, or development projects
- Confident presence in a corporate environment with the ability to manage complex stakeholder structures
- Strong command of project management methodologies and tools
- Independent and assertive communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Proficient use of MS Project and PowerPoint
- Structured and accurate handling of administrative tasks
- Willingness to travel and participate in international projects
