Project Manager
Role Summary:
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of IT projects, particularly application development initiatives driven by business needs. This includes strategic and operational oversight, ensuring that projects align with the organization’s business objectives and IT guidelines. The role encompasses full lifecycle project management and coordination, from initial requirements gathering, business and IT planning, resource allocation, to the development of detailed project plans. It also involves ensuring continuous collaboration among various stakeholders (business, development, testing, and operations teams) and facilitating effective communication and information flow throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT (application development)
- Active project management experience in the banking sector
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, dynamic, with strong organizational and team leadership skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in project budget planning and monitoring, forecasting, status reporting, and preparing management decision-support materials
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Experience in digital product or service development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development
- Experience with project management tools
