Real Estate Valuation Consultant / Manager
Purpose of the position:
The Real Estate Valuation Consultant / Manager is responsible for the full range of real estate valuation and asset valuation projects, with a particular focus on real estate development and transaction projects. The purpose of the position is to provide our clients with accurate, well-founded and market-relevant valuations, analyses and decision-support materials, and to contribute to the growth of the business by professionally managing client relationships.
Your main tasks will be:
- Full-scale provision of asset valuation and real estate valuation projects
- Evaluation and analysis of real estate development projects
- Full-scale project management: managing deadlines, resources, professional content
- Active participation in bidding and contract processes
- Manage client relationships independently, preparation of written materials and holding presentations
- Analysis of the market and economic environment, preparation of in-depth reports
What they expect from you:
- University degree in economics or technology (technical manager preferred)
- Solid financial and technical background
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in managing complex projects independently and managing a project team
- Structured thinking, proficiency in logical, transparent processes
- Confident customer management skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong command of MS Office
