Sales Support Specialist
What you’ll do:
- Prepare CV templates, marketing materials, and professional profile presentations.
- Support account managers in day-to-day sales activities.
- Assist in and follow up on consulting project sales processes.
- Maintain communication with client-side teams and subcontractors.
- Build and manage internal databases.
- Provide administrative support for proposal preparation, coordinate deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support contract management processes and maintain contract records.
- Create and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Track project delivery and participate in project accounting.
- Document meetings and update the CRM system.
What they expect from you:
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong presentation design experience.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

- User-level knowledge of procurement systems.
