As a member of an international network present in 160 countries, the company combines local expertise with global reach. Its core activities include business advisory, corporate finance, and M&A services, covering company valuations, business and financial due diligence, capital raising, and the development of acquisition and exit strategies. The firm’s clients include both domestic and international corporations, private equity funds, and institutional investors.
On their behalf, we are looking for a professional with solid expertise and experience for the following position:

Senior Advisor / Manager – Deal Advisory (M&A)

Purpose of the position:

The Senior Advisor / Manager plays a key role in executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. The position involves end-to-end management of M&A projects—from financial modelling and valuation to preparing transaction documentation and managing client and advisor relationships. The role’s objective is to provide high-quality, professional support to clients in both domestic and cross-border deals, contributing to successful transactions and the growth of the advisory practice.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate various phases of M&A transactions (timelines, resources, and deliverable quality)
  • Manage client relationships independently and act as the main point of contact throughout the process
  • Prepare financial models, company valuations, strategic analyses, and transaction materials
  • Coordinate due diligence processes involving external advisors (legal, tax, financial)
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and client pitches
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development

What they expect from you:

  • 3–7 years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields (Big4 background is an advantage)
  • Strong financial and accounting fundamentals with excellent analytical and modelling skills
  • Proven experience in valuation methodologies and transaction structures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present at executive level
  • Precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset with a high sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
