Senior Lead Tester (Digitalization)
What they’re looking for:
- Min. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- At least 2 years of experience testing digital channels (e.g., mobile apps, online banking platforms)
- Experience in a coordination or support role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Solid understanding of ISTQB fundamentals
- A university or college degree
- Practical knowledge of testing methodologies
- A proactive, independent, and flexible working style
- Strong analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence
- Background in Agile environments
- ISTQB certification
- SQL knowledge and experience with log analysis
- Familiarity with Gherkin
- Understanding of IT methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL)
- Basic knowledge of software development technologies
Key responsibilities:
- Mentor and support manual testers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team
- Assist the manual testing team lead with resource planning and coordination
- Contribute to defining and estimating test scope
- Align test execution plans with test management
- Perform manual testing activities related to development tasks
- Design and maintain test cases based on business requirements and system specifications
- Prepare and manage test data
- Execute tests and document results
- Report defects and verify fixes
- Maintain and update test suites
- Support test automation efforts
- Collaborate closely with test managers and cross-functional teams
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
