Senior Lead Tester (Payment)
What they’re looking for:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- Solid understanding of core banking systems
- Experience with payment services, financial transactions, and interbank clearing processes
- Background in coordination or support roles
- Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Good understanding of ISTQB fundamentals
- A university or college degree
- Practical knowledge of testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking with a systems-oriented mindset

Key responsibilities:
- Support and mentor manual testers within the domain, fostering knowledge sharing
- Assist the manual testing team lead with resource planning and coordination
- Contribute to defining and estimating the testing scope
- Align test execution conditions with the test manager
- Perform manual testing activities related to development tasks
- Design and maintain test cases based on business requirements and system specifications
- Prepare and manage test data
- Execute tests and document results
- Report defects and verify fixes
- Maintain and update test suites
- Support test automation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with test managers and cross-functional teams
- Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency of domain operations
