Our partner is a fast-growing IT consulting firm owned by one of the region’s leading financial institutions. They support large corporate clients on their digital transformation journeys by delivering cutting-edge IT solutions, expertise, and resources. Through their Digital Academy program, they also offer customized digital and IT trainings for key players in both the domestic and the international banking sector. On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO professional to coordinate the executive training and knowledge-sharing programs within the Digital Academy. This role plays a key part in delivering strategic digital capability development initiatives to senior leaders across an international banking group.
Your key responsibilities:
- Strategically adapt existing digital learning content (AI, Data, Cloud, Low-code/No-code) for executive-level audiences within the banking sector
- Identify executive learning needs and design tailored training solutions
- Fully coordinate training and knowledge-sharing projects: planning, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance
- Prepare decision-support materials and executive-level presentations embedded in business context
- Lead a cross-functional team of 4–6 members (trainers, training coordinators, QA experts, Key Account Manager) and coordinate trainers, experts and consultants
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain close collaboration with international senior leaders and internal expert teams
- Develop and track training schedules and roadmaps
What they’re looking for:
- Several years of senior-level PMO experience (ideally in a banking environment)
- Confident communication skills in English, including at the executive level
- Strong background in preparing decision-making materials and managing stakeholders
- Outstanding project management and coordination skills
- Structured thinking and a strategic mindset
