Our client is a prominent, international – mainly active in Europe – company in service industry. Due to increased business demand and expansion, we are looking for a bright, dedicated person for the following managerial position:

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER – DIGITAL CUSTOMER JOURNEY

As the Senior Product Manager you will lead cross-functional transformational initiatives and product teams ensuring a digital experience across the company’s customer journey. You will be the Product Manager for self-service product development and be a coach Product Manager for other Product managers.

You will be a go-to partner for the business (including C-suite leaders), a bridge between Business and Digital. You will set the vision for a cross-product business value domain and have accountability and decision-making for Digital decisions within a business value stream area.

You are excelling at working across teams, at product research and development methods, and you are looking for opportunities to deliver more value faster for our customers.  You develop and coach organizations on how to experiment, iterate and innovate to redefine how we serve consumers, personally at the scale.

What we expect from You:

  • You have a proven track record as lead Product Manager and have experience with SaaS products
  • Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end customer experiences
  • A proven track record in driving projects to completion, and measurable value delivery
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum ways of working
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to define metrics for products
  • Are familiar with current CMS, CRM, SEO best practices, applications and frameworks
  • Comfortable partnering across teams, and presenting to Executives
  • Drive to continuously improve, and desire to mentor and develop other Product Managers in your team
  • You show innovation, creativity and design thinking practices
  • Completed university, or college degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
