Our client is one of the fastest-growing commercial banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe. They are looking for a senior professional for a key strategic role, who will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of the digital loyalty program for the following position:

Senior Product Owner – Loyalty

If you have:

  • a higher education degree in business/marketing or a related field,
  • a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including several years in projects related to loyalty or reward programs,
  • CRM and loyalty platform implementation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar),
  • outstanding product owner or product management knowledge in customer relations, loyalty, and digital product management,
  • a strong IT/technical background, enabling you to support system implementations,
  • project management experience and familiarity with project methodologies,
  • a deep understanding of Agile principles and processes,
  • a proactive attitude, management mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented approach,
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with structured thinking,
  • high proficiency in Microsoft Office,
  • strong verbal and written English skills,

 Your tasks will include:

  • Participating in the development of the group-level digital loyalty program strategy, and its implementation and launch in Hungary
  • Mapping and defining the functions, user experience, and operation of the loyalty program
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from marketing, IT, customer service, and external suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining the product features or developments of the loyalty program, taking market trends and customer feedback into account
  • Applying the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach and running pilot projects if necessary
  • Creating and managing a detailed product backlog
  • Defining requirements for development and other technical teams
  • Analysing market trends, competitors, and evaluating customer feedback
  • Defining methods for measuring progress and impact (KPIs)
  • Planning and executing customer activation campaigns
