Senior Test Manager
Your key responsibilities will be:
- End-to-end planning and management of testing activities across projects
- Defining testing scope and estimating resource needs during the project preparation phase
- Creating detailed test plans in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
- Coordinating test preparation activities (test sets, test cases, test data, tool usage)
- Supporting test automation initiatives, including identifying candidates for automation and tracking progress
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting on test execution
- Overseeing the testing team’s work, ensuring adherence to methodologies and timelines
- Collaborating closely with QA, project teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
They’re looking for you if you have:
- A degree in IT or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing within a large enterprise environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Test Manager or Test Coordinator role
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid understanding of testing and IT methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, Agile, ITIL)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence
- Confident, assertive communication style with strong conflict management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle workload and manage parallel tasks effectively
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
